Meet the Instructor
In 2023 my body could no longer sustain my lifestyle and tore a disc in my spine at l-5 and s-1, while being diagnosed with PTSD. At that time, I was struggling to walk and slowly quit on life.
After 2 years of physical therapy and counseling, I was blessed to recover beyond what I believed was possible. While gaining and understanding how these injuries so commonly occur in these stressful professions. Through this journey I have developed tailored training styles for any individual seeking to defend themselves. While specializing in helping law enforcement and security professionals stay resilient, and recover from injuries.
